Question 1

How do I reset my password?

Accepted Answer

Press Forgot Password on the login screen and put in your email address. We will send you a link to set a new one. If you signed up with Google or Apple, your password lives with them, so change it there instead.

Question 2

What happens if my account is suspended?

Accepted Answer

You will not be able to trade, add money or withdraw while it is suspended. If you think it is a mistake, contact support. A person reviews it, and accounts do get reinstated.

Question 3

How do I request account deletion?

Accepted Answer

Go to Settings and choose Delete Account. Sell anything you are holding and withdraw your money first, because you will lose access to both. We will review the request and confirm when it is done.

Question 4

How do I sign up?

Accepted Answer

With an email address and a password, or with Google, or with Apple. All three create exactly the same account with exactly the same features. Pick whichever you will actually remember.

Question 5

I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Check you are using the same email address you signed up with, and the same method, if you started with Google, log in with Google. If that is not it, reset your password. If you are still stuck, contact support and we will sort it out.

Question 6

How do I sign up?

Accepted Answer

Press Sign Up. Use an email address and password, or Google, or Apple. Confirm your email, pick a few things you are interested in, and you are in.

Question 7

Do I have to hand over ID?

Accepted Answer

No. Sign up with an email and you can start straight away, buying, selling and taking your money out. You only need to confirm your identity if you want to open a market of your own.

Question 8

What happens when I sign up?

Accepted Answer

A wallet is created for you automatically, and that is where your dollars and your holdings sit. There is nothing to set up and no recovery phrase to write down and lose. It is still yours, though, you can export it later if you ever want to take it elsewhere.

Question 9

Can I change my interest categories later?

Accepted Answer

Yes, whenever you like, in account settings. It changes which markets get suggested to you on your home feed.

Question 10

What is BeeVibe?

Accepted Answer

A place where real people have their own market. Every market belongs to a verified person or brand, a musician, an athlete, a creator, and you can back the ones you believe in, hold, and sell whenever you want. It is also a social feed, so the people you back are people you actually hear from.

Question 11

What am I actually buying?

Accepted Answer

A stake in someone's market. Every verified person has exactly one market, there is a fixed number of shares in it, and they exist on Arbitrum, a public blockchain, so what you hold is real and checkable rather than a number in our database.

Question 12

Is this a crypto exchange?

Accepted Answer

Not really. There is no Bitcoin or Ethereum to trade here. Every market is a person or a brand, and you buy and sell using digital dollars. The technology underneath is crypto; what you are actually doing is backing people.

Question 13

How is BeeVibe different from other platforms?

Accepted Answer

Two things, and most platforms only manage one of them. First, nobody here is anonymous: every market belongs to a real person or brand who has proved who they are with government ID, a live selfie and a verified social account, and someone at BeeVibe reviews every market before it goes live. Second, you keep control of your own money, the wallet is yours, and trades settle on a public blockchain anyone can check. Most platforms offer anonymity with nobody accountable, or accountability by taking charge of your money. Here you get neither problem.

Question 14

Do I have to trust BeeVibe with my money?

Accepted Answer

Not really, and that is deliberate. Your money sits in a wallet only you can spend from. We cannot move it, and you can take the keys and go elsewhere whenever you want. Every trade settles on Arbitrum, a public blockchain, so you can check any of it yourself instead of taking our word for it. Your balance is held in digital dollars, so it does not swing in value while you are deciding what to do. And every fee is shown to you before you confirm anything.

Question 15

What makes BeeVibe safer than anonymous launch sites?

Accepted Answer

On those platforms anyone can launch a market anonymously in seconds, which is why so many of them turn out to be scams. Here that is not possible. Every creator proves who they are with a government ID and a live selfie. They connect and verify at least one real social account. The market name has to match the identity we verified. A person at BeeVibe reviews and approves it before it goes live. And the supply is fixed and public from the first second. You always know there is a real, named human behind a market.

Question 16

Is BeeVibe in control of my money?

Accepted Answer

No. Your wallet is yours: we cannot spend from it, and you can export it and walk away at any time. Trades settle on the blockchain rather than in a private ledger we keep to ourselves. What BeeVibe does control is who gets to open a market, we verify every creator, review every listing before it goes live, and can suspend accounts that break the rules. So there is a real company accountable for who is on the platform, without anyone but you being in charge of your money.

Question 17

How do I become a creator on BeeVibe?

Accepted Answer

Start with an ordinary BeeVibe account, then press Become a Creator on your profile. There are two steps: first we confirm who you are, then you set up your market, the name, the picture, what you do. A person at BeeVibe reviews both before it goes live.

Question 18

What do I need to prove who I am?

Accepted Answer

Three things: a government photo ID such as a passport, driving licence or national ID; a live selfie so it can be matched against that ID; and your legal name, date of birth and country. You also connect at least one social account. The whole thing takes a few minutes.

Question 19

Why do I need to connect a social media account?

Accepted Answer

Two reasons. It is a second confirmation that you are who you say you are, because we check the profile against the ID you gave us. And it lets you use a picture people already recognise, so your market looks like you from the first day.

Question 20

Can I connect multiple social media accounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as many as you like, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook. One is the minimum. More is better: it makes your profile stronger and gives you more pictures to choose between.

Question 21

What happens once you have confirmed who I am?

Accepted Answer

Your account becomes a creator account and you move on to setting up the market itself: the name, the short ticker people will see beside it, the picture, and a line or two about what you do.

Question 22

What if I get turned down?

Accepted Answer

You will be told why, and you can fix it and send it again. It is usually something small, a blurry photo of the ID, a selfie that did not match well enough, or a missing detail. Being turned down once is not the end of it.

Question 23

What do I need to set up my market?

Accepted Answer

A name, which has to match or clearly come from the name we verified. A short ticker people will trade under. A line about who you are. And a category or two for the kind of thing you do.

Question 24

What picture will my market use?

Accepted Answer

Either the profile picture from one of the social accounts you connected, or one you upload yourself. If you have connected several, you will see each picture as an option and can pick the one you want.

Question 25

Can I call my market anything I like?

Accepted Answer

It has to match or clearly come from the name we verified, because that is the thing stopping anyone impersonating someone else. If you are verified as John Smith you cannot open a market called Elon Musk. Within that, it is yours.

Question 26

What does it cost to open a market?

Accepted Answer

A one-off charge, higher for a brand than for a person. The exact amount is shown to you in the form before you submit. You are only charged after your market is approved, never before, so you are not paying for the privilege of being reviewed. Just make sure the money is in your balance when the approval comes through.

Question 27

Can I open more than one market?

Accepted Answer

No. One person, one market, and that stays true even if your market is removed later. Brands get one per registered business. It is what makes a market on this platform mean something.

Question 28

How long does approval take?

Accepted Answer

A person reads the whole submission, your ID, your connected accounts, the name, the picture, the categories, rather than a system waving it through, so it is not instant. You will hear as soon as there is a decision.

Question 29

How does the social feed work?

Accepted Answer

It is a timeline of posts from the people you follow, mixed with things doing well across BeeVibe, text, pictures, video, live streams. The more people you follow, the more it becomes yours rather than everyone's.

Question 30

What does "Not Interested" do?

Accepted Answer

It tells us that one missed. Press the ... menu on a post and choose Not Interested, and you will see less like it. It is the quickest way to steer your feed without unfollowing anybody.

Question 31

Can I open a single post on its own?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tap any post to open it with the full comments underneath. Every post has its own link, so you can send someone straight to it.

Question 32

What fees does BeeVibe charge?

Accepted Answer

Three, and that is the whole list. A small percentage when you trade, buying or selling. A flat fee when you withdraw. And a one-off charge to open your own market, which is higher for a brand than for a person. No subscription, no monthly charge, nothing for holding. Every one of them is shown to you before you confirm, so what you see on the screen is what you pay. If you use a card or convert another crypto to get money in, the provider handling that takes their own cut, and you see that too.

Question 33

Where does the 1% actually go?

Accepted Answer

When someone buys into a market, the trading fee is split in half: half to BeeVibe, half straight to the creator that market belongs to. When someone sells, BeeVibe keeps it. Creators earn as people buy into them, which is what ties their reward to the market growing rather than to churn.

Question 34

Are there any hidden fees?

Accepted Answer

No. Every fee is shown to you before you confirm anything, and there are only three kinds: trading, withdrawing, and opening a market. If an outside provider is involved, a card payment, or converting another crypto, their fee is shown upfront too. Nothing is quietly taken out of a transfer behind your back.

Question 35

How big is my market?

Accepted Answer

One billion shares, the same for everyone, split the same way every time. 75% is there for people to trade. 20% is yours, unlocking gradually across three years. 5% goes to BeeVibe. That split is public before your market opens, so nobody has to wonder what they are buying into.

Question 36

Why is my 20% locked?

Accepted Answer

Because it is the single thing that tells buyers you are not going to sell up and disappear. Your share unlocks a little every day across three years rather than landing all at once. You can take and sell whatever has unlocked at any time, and anyone looking at your market can see exactly how much that is.

Question 37

Where do I see how much has unlocked?

Accepted Answer

On your creator dashboard: how much has unlocked so far, how much you have taken, and how much is still locked. The same numbers are public on your market page, which is deliberate, people can see you have not quietly sold out from under them.

Question 38

Can I sell my own share?

Accepted Answer

Yes, once it has unlocked. Take what has unlocked and it lands in your holdings, and from there you can sell it on your own market like anyone else. What has not unlocked yet stays locked, you cannot reach it early, and neither can anyone else.

Question 39

How do I actually get paid?

Accepted Answer

Every time somebody buys into your market, a trading fee is charged and half of it goes straight to you. You do not have to post that day, or promote anything, or do anything at all, the payment is for the use of your name, not for work. It lands in your balance as it happens.

Question 40

When do I get paid?

Accepted Answer

Immediately. The moment someone buys into your market, your half of the fee is in your balance. There is no payout schedule, no minimum to reach, and nothing to claim.

Question 41

How much do I actually get?

Accepted Answer

Half of the trading fee on every purchase, in your balance straight away. Your creator dashboard shows what you have earned and from which trades, so you can see it building rather than take our word for it. The more people buying into you, the more it adds up.

Question 42

Do I earn when someone sells?

Accepted Answer

No, you earn when people buy into your market, not when they leave it. It works that way so what you earn tracks people arriving and believing in you, rather than rewarding a market that simply churns.

Question 43

What is a rug pull?

Accepted Answer

It is the classic crypto disaster. Whoever created a market sells everything they hold at once, the price collapses to nothing, and they disappear with the money. It works because on most platforms the creator is anonymous, can sell their entire stake whenever they feel like it, and nobody is watching. Those are the three things that make it possible, and all three are missing here.

Question 44

Can a rug pull happen on BeeVibe?

Accepted Answer

Not in the way it normally happens. The creator's share is locked and released slowly across three years, so there is no moment where they can sell the lot and vanish. They are not anonymous, we checked their identity against a government ID before the market ever opened. They face the same trading limits as everybody else. And you can see their entire unlock schedule on their market page, so none of it is a surprise.

Question 45

Can a creator sell all their shares at once?

Accepted Answer

No. A creator's share is 20% of the market, and it unlocks a little at a time across three years rather than arriving on day one. They can only sell the portion that has actually unlocked. The rest is held by the contract itself, not by a promise, so they cannot reach it early even if they want to.

Question 46

What if a creator sells everything they are allowed to?

Accepted Answer

They can, and it still would not do much. What unlocks in a day is a very small slice of the market. They are held to the same per-order cap as everyone else. And it would be obvious: every trade settles on a public blockchain, so a creator selling is something anyone can see rather than something that happens quietly.

Question 47

Can I see how much the creator holds?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all of it, on their market page: how much they were given, how much has unlocked so far, how much they have taken, how much is still locked, and the rate it unlocks at. There are no side deals and no hidden reserves. What you can see is what exists.

Question 48

Can I share my BeeVibe posts to other platforms?

Accepted Answer

Yes. As you write a post you can send it to your connected accounts at the same time, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, so you are not posting the same thing four times in four places.

Question 49

Which platforms support cross-posting?

Accepted Answer

X, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook. The account has to be connected to your BeeVibe profile first, which takes a moment in settings.

Question 50

Do my posts from elsewhere show up here?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We pull in recent posts from your connected X, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok accounts and show them on the social tab of your profile. It means your page is not empty on the days you have not posted here.

Question 51

How do I deposit funds?

Accepted Answer

Three ways. Send USDC straight to your deposit address on the Arbitrum network. Or send another crypto, ETH, BTC, SOL and others, and our provider converts it for you. Or pay by card or bank transfer like any normal online payment. Whichever you pick, you end up with a dollar balance ready to spend.

Question 52

What currencies can I deposit?

Accepted Answer

USDC directly, on the Arbitrum network. If you hold something else, ETH, BTC, SOL, MATIC, AVAX, BNB and more, our provider converts it for you automatically. You can also pay with ordinary money by card or bank transfer, in dollars, euros and other currencies. Everything arrives as digital dollars in your balance.

Question 53

Are there fees for deposits?

Accepted Answer

We do not charge anything to add money. If you send USDC directly, you only pay the blockchain's own network fee, which on Arbitrum is a fraction of a cent. If you convert another crypto or pay by card, the provider handling it charges their own fee, and you will see exactly what it is before you confirm.

Question 54

How long do deposits take?

Accepted Answer

Usually a few minutes. USDC sent directly arrives once the blockchain confirms it, which on Arbitrum is fast. Card payments and conversions go through an outside provider, so those can take anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of hours.

Question 55

Who controls my wallet?

Accepted Answer

You do. A wallet is created for you the first time you add money, so there is nothing to set up and no seed phrase to write down and lose. It is still genuinely yours: you can export the key whenever you like and move your funds yourself. We cannot spend from it, and every buy, sell and withdrawal has to be approved by you.

Question 56

What does my wallet show?

Accepted Answer

Two things: your dollar balance in USDC, and the markets you hold, how much of each, and what it is worth right now.

Question 57

How does trading work when a market is brand new?

Accepted Answer

The price follows a set formula instead of waiting for a buyer and a seller to find each other. It goes up as people buy and down as people sell, which means there is always a price and always something on the other side of your trade, you never get stuck unable to sell. This lasts until the market reaches the size where it graduates to open trading.

Question 58

What happens when a market gets big enough to graduate?

Accepted Answer

It graduates. Trading pauses for a moment while it moves across, then reopens with more ways to trade, you can name your own price rather than only taking the current one. Nothing you hold changes: same amount, same value, just more options.

Question 59

What is different after a market graduates?

Accepted Answer

It starts working like a normal exchange. Buyers post what they are willing to pay, sellers post what they will accept, and matching ones trade with each other. You can buy at the current price, name a price and wait for it, or set an automatic sell if the price falls to a level you choose.

Question 60

Does anything change once a market gets much bigger?

Accepted Answer

It becomes eligible for more advanced kinds of trading. That is something we plan to add later, not something available today.

Question 61

What is a pump-and-dump, and how does BeeVibe prevent it?

Accepted Answer

It is when a group buys together to drive a price up, then sells at the top and leaves everyone who joined late holding the loss. Several things make it hard here. Every single order is capped, so no one trade can move a market on its own. We watch for unusual patterns and can pause a market or freeze accounts while we look. Every trade settles on a public blockchain, so buying in concert is visible rather than hidden. And because every account needs a verified email, creating a crowd of fake buyers is a chore rather than a click.

Question 62

Are there limits on how much I can trade at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There is a minimum and a maximum on any single order, and the cap is higher if you are naming your own price rather than taking the current one. The limits that apply to you are shown on the trade screen. The same ones apply to everyone, creators included, and we can set tighter limits on a young market where one big trade would have an outsized effect.

Question 63

Does BeeVibe monitor for suspicious trading activity?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We watch for sudden spikes in activity, trades that are very large for the size of the market, the same holding being bought and sold over and over, and the same behaviour showing up across several accounts at once. When something looks wrong we can investigate, pause a market, or freeze accounts while we work out what happened.

Question 64

Why can't someone just create multiple accounts to bypass trading limits?

Accepted Answer

Every account needs a verified email address, which makes building a crowd of them tedious rather than instant. Beyond that, we look for the same patterns appearing across different accounts, and when we find them we can act on all of them together rather than one at a time.
