BeeVibe Community Guidelines

Effective date: 2026-04-16 Last updated: 2026-09-14 Version: 1.6

Why we have these guidelines

BeeVibe is a social platform where people express themselves, engage with each other, and interact with Identity Tokens. These Community Guidelines tell you what kind of behavior and content belongs on BeeVibe — and what doesn't.

By using BeeVibe, you agree to follow these Guidelines in addition to our Terms of Service.

Violating these Guidelines can result in content removal, account warnings, suspension, or termination.

1. Respect other people

Not allowed

2. Don't post illegal or harmful content

Absolutely prohibited, zero tolerance

Also prohibited

3. Don't manipulate markets or mislead users about Identity Tokens

Because BeeVibe hosts trading, certain social behaviors carry extra risk. The following are strictly prohibited:

3.1 Investment framing

Identity Tokens are collectibles, not investments. See Terms of Service §11 for the full restrictions on how Identity Tokens may be described or promoted.

3.2 Pump, dump, and manipulation

Do not:

3.3 Financial advice

Do not post specific financial, investment, tax, or legal advice to other users. You may share opinions about tokens, trades, or market direction as clearly-marked personal views — but don't position yourself as an advisor or guarantee outcomes.

3.4 If you are a Creator

Creators have additional rules around promotional conduct and market behavior. See the Creator Agreement.

4. Use your own voice

Allowed

Not allowed

5. Sexual content

BeeVibe is not a pornography platform.

6. Dangerous activities and goods

Do not use BeeVibe to:

7. Identity verification and honesty

8. Reporting violations

If you see content or behavior that violates these Guidelines:

  1. Report it in-app — use the "Report" button on the post, comment, or profile.
  2. Email us — at trust@beevibe.io for urgent matters.
  3. Emergencies — if someone is in immediate physical danger, contact local emergency services first. Then report to us so we can preserve evidence.

We review reports and take action consistent with these Guidelines, our Terms, and applicable law. We may not always share outcomes with reporters for privacy or legal reasons.

9. What we do when Guidelines are violated

Depending on the severity, pattern, and context, we may:

For the most severe violations (CSAM, credible violent threats, terrorist content), we act immediately without warning and report to relevant authorities.

10. Appeals

If your content was removed or your account was actioned and you believe we made a mistake, you can appeal by emailing appeals@beevibe.io within 30 days of the action. Include:

We review appeals in good faith. Decisions on appeals are final.

11. Changes to these Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines as the platform and community evolve. Material changes are announced in-app and via email. Continuing to use BeeVibe after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Guidelines.
