These Event Attendance Terms ("Event Terms") apply to any event organized, hosted, or promoted by BV Labs, Inc. ("BV Labs," "we," "us") or held under the BeeVibe brand (each, an "Event").
By RSVPing or attending an Event, you ("you," "Attendee") agree to these Event Terms, which supplement the Terms of Service.

We may remove, eject, or ban Attendees who violate these rules, without refund.
You understand that attending an Event involves inherent risks, including (without limitation):
You voluntarily assume these risks and agree that BV Labs is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages arising from them, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and discharge BV Labs, its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, sponsors, and venue partners (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, damages, causes of action, or liabilities arising from or relating to your attendance at or participation in an Event.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Event Terms, your violation of law or venue rules, or your intentional or negligent misconduct during the Event.
Nothing in this Section 4 limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law, including for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or as otherwise non-waivable.

For virtual Events, disabling your webcam and muting your microphone ensures you won't appear.
Tickets (where issued, whether free or paid) are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise specified. Tickets may be revoked at our discretion for conduct violations or eligibility issues.
Unless stated otherwise in the Event listing, tickets are non-refundable.
BV Labs may cancel, postpone, modify, or relocate an Event for any reason, including (but not limited to) weather, health, safety, force majeure, or insufficient attendance. If we materially cancel a paid Event without providing a substitute, we will refund the ticket price. We are not responsible for incidental costs you incurred (travel, lodging, missed income).
You agree to comply with all venue rules, including those related to health, safety, accessibility, and emergency procedures.
At our discretion, we may impose health and safety measures (e.g., proof of vaccination, masks, testing) in response to public health conditions. These will be communicated in advance where feasible.
In a medical emergency, please alert staff immediately. BV Labs is not a medical provider and is not responsible for emergency medical care, though we will cooperate with first responders.
Disputes arising from these Event Terms are governed by Delaware law and resolved in accordance with Section 17 of the Terms of Service (binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS, class action waiver, jury trial waiver, small-claims carveout), except where local law for the Event venue requires otherwise.
We may update these Event Terms from time to time. Material updates will be communicated to ticket holders in advance of the Event.
