Prohibited jurisdictions
BeeVibe is not available to residents of, or users located in, any of the following jurisdictions:
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea (Democratic People's Republic of Korea)
- Syria
- Russia
- Belarus
- Venezuela
- The Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine
- Any other jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
- Any other jurisdiction we add to this list from time to time in our sole discretion
You are also prohibited from using BeeVibe if you are:
- On any sanctions list maintained by OFAC, the U.S. Department of State, the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other applicable authority
- Acting on behalf of any person or entity subject to such sanctions
Circumvention is prohibited. Using a VPN, proxy, or other method to hide your jurisdiction in order to access BeeVibe is a material breach of the Terms of Service. Consequences include account termination, forfeiture of funds earned in violation, and possible referral to law enforcement.
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:
- You are not a resident of, and are not located in, any Prohibited Jurisdiction
- You are not a person subject to any sanctions list described above
- You are not accessing BeeVibe through a VPN or proxy designed to bypass geographic restrictions
- All representations you have made regarding your eligibility are truthful
