1. Overview

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms") govern your participation, as an individual or entity enrolled in it (an "Affiliate"), in the BeeVibe Affiliate Program (the "Program"), operated by BV Labs, Inc. ("BV Labs," "we," "us"). These Affiliate Terms supplement our Terms of Service and are incorporated by reference.

By enrolling in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

3. How the Program works

3.1 Referral links and codes

Once approved, you will receive unique referral links and/or codes. When a new user signs up and completes qualifying activity (typically creating an account and making a first deposit or first trade, as defined in Program materials), they are tracked as your referral.

3.2 Commissions

You may earn commissions for qualifying referrals. Current commission rates are displayed in the Program dashboard. Commissions are calculated based on trading fees generated by your referrals during a defined lookback window.

BV Labs may adjust commission rates, qualification criteria, and lookback windows at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.

4. REQUIRED DISCLOSURES — FTC AND ADVERTISING RULES

4.1 Material connection disclosure

Whenever you promote BeeVibe in a way that could reasonably cause consumers to view you as more credible — including (without limitation) posts on social media, videos, newsletters, reviews, blog posts, podcasts, or any content linked to your referral — you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you are a BeeVibe Affiliate and receive compensation.

These Affiliate Terms begin when BV Labs approves your application and continue until terminated.

9.2 Termination by you

You may leave the Program at any time via your Program dashboard or by emailing support@beevibe.io. Earned, non-fraudulent commissions pending payout at time of termination will be paid out in accordance with Section 3.3.

9.3 Termination by BV Labs

BV Labs may terminate your Program participation at any time, with or without cause. Termination for cause (including Section 5, Section 6, or fraud) results in forfeiture of all pending commissions and may trigger claims to recover damages.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BV Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claim, damage, or expense arising from:

BV Labs's aggregate liability to you under these Affiliate Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Disputes arising from these Affiliate Terms are resolved in accordance with Section 17 of the Terms of Service (binding individual arbitration, class action waiver, jury trial waiver, small-claims carveout).
